Summarize deposition transcripts by topic with page-line citations, internal contradictions, prior statement inconsistencies, and follow-up areas.

Summarize deposition transcripts by topic with page-line citations, internal contradictions, prior statement inconsistencies, and follow-up areas. Use when digesting Rule 30(b)(6) corporate designee depositions, expert witness depositions, adverse party depositions, or fact witness depositions in federal or state civil litigation. Supports four digest formats: topical (organized by subject matter), chronological (event timeline), page-line (sequential with key testimony flagged), and witness-comparison (cross-referencing testimony across multiple depositions). Identifies admissions, evasions, lack-of-knowledge responses, document-related testimony, and impeachment material. Tracks exhibit references with testimony context. Flags testimony relevant to specific claims, defenses, or motion arguments. Produces witness credibility assessment, deposition-to-deposition contradiction matrix, and designated testimony recommendations for summary judgment or trial. Calibrated to US federal practice (FRCP 30–32; FRE 801, 613, 608–609, 901) with [JURISDICTION-SPECIFIC] markers for state variants.
